Very poor middle management - no clear expectations. Expect you to read his mind on how he wants things to be done. Expects you to be independent but very condescending and sacarstic if not done his way. Very toxic leadership. Alot of complains from operation. Poor planning.

Towards the end, with team growth and new management, office politics came along and a few good people left
