Pros

On the face of it, the job is film industry-related.

Cons

Poor management, little room for upward mobility. Customer Service is essentially the punching bag for the company, so customer interactions can often be stressful and negative. Company has rampant nepotism, favoritism. Seasoned years-long agents are let go so that newer, more pliable hires can be spread thin and made to do others' work. Behind the times in terms of technology, benefits, workplace culture, work from home, safety/health, diversity, you name it. Work anywhere else
