Pros
The people. FES's Struggles are no fault of the people who work there. They were flexible when it came to time off.
Cons
The CEO/Owner was all about image over substance. This is evident in the fact that he has ran two companies into the ground. He knew all the business buzz-words, which he was more than happy to spout-off at any moment, yet I don't know if he knew the meaning of the words he spoke. He got where he was with his Daddy's money.

Stay away. Far, far away from this company. They are hurting financially, so they can't afford to pay employees.

Pros
Good people at the non-management level. Still friends with former employees.
Cons
Management doesn't listen or care about their employees. They proclaim that they are all about the employees but, in the end you are just a number and if you are making too much money, you will be out.
