I worked at First Point Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    From an internal staff's perspective:
Worked for 3 years and 8 months, and recommend highly.
They have been named the best recruitment agency for three years in a row, so they are actually GOOD.
I was based in their Dubai office and based on my experience I can easily recommend FPG for:
    - Opportunities to learn
    - Freedom to grow
    - KPIs given in black and white. Achieve the KPIs and take away the incentives.
    - No politics
    - Cooperative Managers
    - Dubai office has the most family like environment.

    From Contractors' & clients perspective:
    - Very transparent process,
    - Honest services. If they promise, they will deliver

    Cons

No one is perfect. FPG can also improve. And the good thing is management knows what do they need to do to be even better

    Advice to Management

    - In order to attract the top talent from within recruitment industry, internal salary packages should be improved
    - With competition becoming more specalized, more specialists should be brought in business (like each office should have their own Business development manager/specialist)

    Pros

Location and that's about it really. There are also some nice people working there too who don't get treated how they should.

    Cons

One of the positive reviews below is mine as I was forced by the Marketing team to write something good about the company. They make everyone come on here and write something good. Would not be surprised if all the positive reviews on here are written of forced on by the Marketing team at FPG. The truth about this organisation is completely different, not a nice place to work and as you can see all the bad reviews are about the CEO/MD. Completely agree with them all, Stingy! Greedy! Micromanagement! Don't care about anyone but there pockets. Biggest mistake of my career joining FPG!

    Advice to Management

haha yea right as if they care!

I worked at First Point Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I love that FPG always aimed for us to have a good work life but also focused on us having a personal life and family Time, hobbies, etc
I always found it very easy to communicate with everyone, I mean openness and availability in all levels makes you feel very comfortable and calm

    Cons

No cons really, I felt very supported all the time

    Advice to Management

Maybe some roles can me offered as temporary Home Office so in cases like mine (just with a new born) Moms can do that for the first months and then come back without fully leaving

I have been working at First Point Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Each and every team at FPG are friendly and hard working. I've learned a lot from different departments and have felt valuable in my own team. Although I am not a recruiter, I have witnessed the encouragement and training that have gone into making individuals successful and people have grown in their roles dramatically.

    Cons

The competitive nature of recruitment can be challenging, but senior management have to right attitude to win.

    Advice to Management

No advice needed, just continue to grow!
