      Pros

      Strong international presence within it's field. Friendly people in the company Great culture and growth attitude. Pay and commission is good. The management is receptive to new ideas and encourages team members to contribute improvements freely. Good opportunities for transitioning internally within the company.

      Cons

      The schedule can be demanding if you are not intentional about maintaining your work-life balance. work/life balance is heavily dependent on the client / projects. Less benefits which could be improved. Favoritism from the some leaders.
