      I’ve had a great experience in this role. The work is challenging and meaningful, with opportunities to own projects and make real impact. There’s a strong focus on delivering quality work for clients while continuing to grow skills and responsibilities. Overall, it’s a solid environment to learn, contribute, and grow professionally.

      The workload can be heavy at times, especially during peak project periods, and priorities can shift quickly.

      Pros

      Hubspot diamond partner. Decent base pay.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Recently acquisition allows for basically no autonomy as GSI runs everything. Very unprofessional. Lack of leads. Quota isn't attainable without any inbound opportunities. Goodluck.
