The work environment can be quite toxic especially with higher ups who are lazy and intimated by there own employees

The pay was not equal to the expectations about 40% of the time. Think non-profit budgets, they try to save money by combining what should be two positions into one. And, since it is movement work, it is incredibly emotionally draining. There are no established processes which makes the workload more difficult than necessary at times.
