Pros

For the most part, direct supervisors and coworkers are talented, engaging and genuinely supportive. The benefits package is very competitive. The overall atmosphere is comfortable and familial.

Cons

The pay was not equal to the expectations about 40% of the time. Think non-profit budgets, they try to save money by combining what should be two positions into one. And, since it is movement work, it is incredibly emotionally draining. There are no established processes which makes the workload more difficult than necessary at times.
