      most jobs are easy, button pushing jobs. dont have to work very hard, you might get to learn something new.

      Cons

      poor wages, poor communication between management and floor staff. bad insurance, no overtime, if you work in the union shop the whole shop has a bad attitude, not a pleasant work environment.

      The People who manage to stay there.

      Cons

      Oblivious upper management, and culture, low pay, condescending and patronizing managers and supervisors. Management team can't make a reasonable profit on operations. Extremely dirty and wet, even in the offices and no AC in most offices because inability to pay for repairs to system.
