      Pros

      Great opportunity for growth and development. The business plan and model is like nothing I have seen in my 5 years of entrepreneurship. The best part is you get to work with positive and excited individuals every day, Markus is one of the most positive people I've ever met. Already had one promotion and planning on another by the end of the year.

      Cons

      The job is not for everyone, however, if you are willing to grow and develop yourself you can change your life with the company

      Pros

      Great people with great values, always willing to help learn and grow. If you are not able to succeed in one aspect of the company, management will help you find your place. I've seen many sales representatives make it to the top in short periods because of their work ethic.

      Cons

      Not many, the only thing I can say is that you will be working weekends but not very long hours, because they will be your best sale days.
