Formations reviews

I spent 10 years at Formations make-believing the owners were good people despite the warning signs. I was thier lead exhibit builder and installer. I have completed 30+ of their most complicated projects without reward or acknowledgement. I was grossly underpaid and heavily relied on. When I had issues they would point toward the door suggesting I quit. Talent and hard work goes unrecognized and taken for granted. THE OWNERS CAN NOT BE TRUSTED!! They have embezzled my aflac and 401k to which I had to cancel as they drive new cars. They called me a thief to my piers when I quit because of aggression they instigated toward me they then denied with no remorse. To this day they refuse my final check. Somehow they believe I owe them. They have proven themselves ungrateful, liars and cheats. Their clients can't stand them. Subcontractors are lucky to get paid. Vendors are not. I did nothing but good things for this company. Now, I truly regret the time I spent wasting my talent on them.

There is very poor employee moral and not a good team environment. Not many of the employees like to take responsibility for anything.
