- very cliquey environment - some very favorable managers who give interesting work and provide development opportunities, and others who're focused on their own promotions and silo direct reports - management does not value individual contributors' contributions in a meaningful way - pay is far below market value across departments - promotions and pay raises are highly dependent on direct manager - for a 'social impact' agency, many clients do not align with stated company values

Unfriendly environment with questionable management. My direct supervisor frequently cried during one on ones, gaslit, and was somewhat unhinged in requests and communication styles. Decent benefits. Very regimented in tools, systems, processes. Most people were unfriendly but there were a few good eggs.
