Pros
So I got fired for having what felt like pneumonia I was⁸ so sick cudnt even hold my head up and it was Friday around 7 730 bc I worked 11am to 10pm so that was the first time since I had been feeling bad enough to where I needed to go lay down. So then sat was my normal day off so I lasted in bed all day sat. Well Sat night around 6pm I sent for my mom to get me to the emergency room well turns out I had fever infection sinusitis and it was in my chest the congestion was unreal so diagnosed with that plus had a 4 day excuse from doctor and plz keep in mind I'm so sick I can't hold my head up so my bf sent the excuse along with my paperwork over via text so that was Sunday around 9am -11 but then here comes Monday I get a text from my boss saying call me ASAP so I did just that so he was really polite and said yes HR is letting u go for the time you've been missed and then he said I'm sry if this has inconvenienced u in any way. So that's how much they care about their Employees. I was without words😞
Cons
Time & Attendance policy should be better! Especially after a year and a half smh...

Pros
In my 8 years with the company, I have been consistently impressed by the way our leaders value and support their associates. The engagement and support provided by the company have been overwhelming, and I am grateful to be part of an organization where everyone’s voice is heard and issues are addressed promptly. Thank you for creating a positive work environment where associates feel valued and appreciated.
Cons
to share some concerns I have regarding the employee benefits at Foundever. While I appreciate the company’s efforts to support its associates, I have noticed that salary increases are provided in a seemingly random manner. Additionally, the perks offered to employees, such as free shuttles or meals, are limited. I believe that addressing these issues would further improve the work environment and increase employee satisfaction.

Constant corporate change
Mar 9, 2023 - Customer Service Associate in Mesa, AZRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There are no good reasons for working for this company now that it's changed hands so many times since I started working there 6 years ago when it was Alpine Access then Sykes and now only one month later after they would not accommodate my disability reduced schedule and offer me a position to move to it's called found ever. All of the constant change was fine until Sitel took over Sykes. They provide equipment to use for the job.
Cons
No part-time jobs are offered. Change programs you work for often and start you on a temporary campaign then possibly offer you a permanent position after the campaign is over. They offer no flexibility whatsoever when it comes to positions being offered when a program ends. That's what happened to me and why I'm unemployed right now after working for the former named above companies for 6 years at four different programs within that time. The recruiter I was in constant contact with could not even find a position that would work for me to offer. They also did away with State paid sick time that you could accrue and use like I did for 6 years. Their company benefits are very expensive. Their onboarding process is a lot more extensive and harder to get a position there than before.

Health Insurance options expensive
May 30, 2023 - CSR 1 in Las Vegas, NVRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
different projects are available and sometimes I saw people move, you can also move upward to a Coach or other position. Remote work is nice.
Cons
Most other companies offering same type of employment (inbound calls), with same type of project types, seem to pay 1-3 dollars more, have other benefits listed. Health insurance is expensive, for a family of 2 or more expect them to ask you to pay about $600.00 per paycheck. I didnt care too much until my husband lost his job during covid and I had to sign up quickly to cover us and my child. Better shop around.

Pros
Work / Life Balance is good, Challenging - so there is continued room for growth, Health Benefits, 401k, Vacation Benefits, Team Atmosphere is more of a family atmosphere. You will always get out of any position, what you put into it. Firm believer of it. This Company has given this opportunity along with many more through tenure and made it worth the tenure.
Cons
For people who are not accepting of change, you have to learn to love it. It was hard at first - but I have learned to accept it and run with it. Nine times out of ten, its for best and makes whatever we are working on so much better! Part of a BPO company.

Pros
- Money was amazing, especially for someone just graduating - Paid during training & MY coaches for training were very helpful. - Nice benefits - Easy hire!
Cons
- Could be VERY stressful, quit 3 months in. - Was my very first job so dealing with so many stressful customers at once & having to take calls back to back was a little crazy for me. - Everybody was quitting so quickly, I only then saw for myself later why.

They will not work with the disabled
Mar 23, 2023 - Chat Support in Pueblo, CORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Remote work from home, only pro
Cons
The job was supposed to be FT with benefits and Chat only, It was only PT no benefits, and they tried forcing me into phones. They will not work with your disabilities, even after saying they have an open-door policy. When you ask for help, you get the run-around or blamed.
