A great system that makes it really easy to find jobs right as the come in. Great support staff that can help you with any issues you are having. Great culture and community. Much better quality of jobs than a lot of other places. Great informational resources for the different problem areas you can run into, and great advice for how to get started and beyond.
Cons
The pay structure can be a little difficult to understand at first but both the community and support staff can help you figure it out. Once you understand it then there is no more trouble.

FreeUp is the best, I joined a couple of days ago, and now I have a client that really matches my workstyle and personality. They never stop helping you out, the recruitment, the onboarding officers, the chat support, they are all just one chat or email away.

Right now I cannot think of anything. Even the wait time to have an account is a Pro for me as it assures me that they are only looking for the best of the best, which means less competition for me.
