      Pros

      Brilliant minds, different experiences and backgrounds. Fun and unique people to work with.

      Cons

      No proper training, agency life = no social life. Salary is not competitive at all unless you are a Director or above. Much lower pay than the average on market.

      Pros

      Work is fun and never dull, ESOP is a good benefit and there are some really great people that work there.

      Cons

      No training, everyone out for themselves, catty environment, hard work doesn't count anymore, only the "perception of your brand" and gossip counts so people who know nothing advance and people who speak up or have an opinion do not. Directors are being put into place that shouldn't be - they are not experienced and don't know how to do the job of the people who report to them. They rely solely on hearsay and don't judge you on your work.

      No room for growth, top-heavy, big gap in salary range (lower than average pay for managers and below), hard to overcome corporate mentality: conservative and traditional
