Pros
Darren is great and was completely transparent with the first position I was placed in as an Associate at MacKenzie Partners. When the hours for that position had been cut back he worked with me to keep me on board in a role that worked well for me
Cons
I would have liked to have done more challenging work while in my first project based position at MacKenzie Partners, but after applying for positions for 10 months without any success the role helped me pay my bills, gain confidence again, and put me in a position to succeed.
