    I worked at Fuse full-time

    Pros

Good salary and hours for a TV network, great people

    Cons

They were sold and lost most of what was great about working at Fuse. IT was also a corporate company trying to run a production company, which often clashed

I worked at Fuse as a contractor

    Pros

Good core group of people who all want the brand to get back on it's feet.

    Cons

Constant layoffs and changes of staff and leadership. Sinking ship.

    Advice to Management

Pick a plan and hire a good staff and then stick with it...

I worked at Fuse as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Great resume builder, fun position, overall a truly awesome job!

    Cons

My campaign manager lacked effective communication skills and it was frustrating at times.

I worked at Fuse as an intern

    Pros

As a summer intern at Fuse, the whole team was extremely open minded and welcoming to any questions I had. It was my first internship in a marketing/PR setting and it was a great leeway into seeing the work an agency does.

    Cons

The internship was unpaid, but for credit.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Fuse full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Industry leaders. Talented, dedicated team. Awesome work environment, great benefits, and unusual perks like dogs in the office, annual Ski & Ride Day, skate ramp, yoga/fitness, and ping pong in our rec space. Employees here really enjoy their work, their clients, and each other!! It's rare to work at a place where everyone works well together, and you feel valued and accomplished at the end of each day!

    Cons

Some might say there's too much work travel, but most employees enjoy the perks of being on the road.

I worked at Fuse part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

trusted to work alone, thats it.

    Cons

always working alone hardly ever part of a team, extra staff were not brought in for sales

    Advice to Management

either hire more staff or give above minimum wage if you want staff to stay
