    Low key work environment. Great work life balance.

    Cons

    Much like many federal agencies, sometimes the rules and regs get in the way of accomplishing things more quickly.

    Innovative work place, telework policy, flexible schedule, great work life balance, great retirement plan

    Cons

    Pay is not comparable to industry, no bonuses

    Advice to Management

    Develop employees for the future. There is a lot of tacit knowledge that is hoarded by baby boom generation. Create and enforce a knowledge management system and implement KPIs to give accurate ratings of performance

    Pros

    Work at home is great. Mobility where you are not stuck in one seat. a very collaborative environment.

    Cons

    Acquisition based employee you seem to get more perks than any other job series. Other job series are viewed as unimportant or irrelevant.

    Advice to Management

    Be more open when employees need to talk, don't let good people(with knowledge go). really fight for your employees

    Received a lot of experience in federal real estate and leasing matters.

    Cons

    Internal government processes take a very long time to complete. Many employees are not experts in their fields.

    offer additional training to employees and management.

    Lots of benefits, health care, dental care, flexible timings

    Cons

    No regular payrise, they don't even mention anything about payrise, No bonuses.
