A great environment for anyone to work in. The managers all the way up to the CEO have open door policies, and you can talk to them anytime. You really get the feeling that the organization cares about you as an individual. #1 is work/life balance. I've been in the workforce for 10+ years, and have never worked for a company/organization who balances life and work better than GuideStar.
Cons
Of course, you could say the pay or the upward mobility, but it's a nonprofit. I believe they stay as competitive with raises and promotions, as any other big nonprofit, if not better.
