Pros
GVEC is a fun, family oriented, fast paced organization. The company challenges me, management motivates me and our teams work so well cross functionally.
Cons
There is always room for improvement and GVEC recognizes this. I am grateful to work for a company that is not satisfied with the status quo. So, no real cons, if there were any, chances are there is a plan in place for improvement.

The culture that GVEV has developed is very much employee centric. Leadership encourages professional development and crosstraining with other departments. I am proud to be a part of the GVEC family!

Pros
Safe and comfortable working conditions, still has that family atmosphere, great benefits and strives for employees to have that work/life balance. The whole team comes together whenever we have an employee that needs help.

Pros
Reasons why I love working at GVEC: Competitive pay Vacation (PTO) and Emergency (sick) time are two separate categories. Employees have a bond like family and we know how to weather the storm together.
Cons
No holidays around Easter. Good Friday is a regular business day of operation.

Pros
Strong foundation with mission, vision and values that are rooted within their employees. GVEC's environment is like no other, it's a genuine place to work where people from different demographics become family. The pay & full benefits package is just the cherry on top.
Cons
Every company has cons however, the leadership team does a great job at putting out survey's and hearing their employees feedback.
