GVEC is truly a great place to work. Advancement within the company is absolutely achievable if you go through the proper channels, show initiative, and express a genuine desire to learn. Being vocal about your interest in growing professionally goes a long way here.
The management team is supportive and encouraging. Like any company, you’ll find both positive and negative reviews—but it’s important to look at the full picture. The number of positive experiences shared by employees far outweighs the negative ones. Some people may have had bad experiences, but that can happen anywhere.
What really sets GVEC apart is the people at its core—individuals who genuinely care and want to see others succeed. The time and effort invested in employee development is evident, especially in the quality of training provided—something you don’t often see at other companies.
