      Pros

      Its a good starting yo the company if you are looking an easy job.

      Cons

      Management specially the boy in the game is power tripping on the team and he has jokingly in the team sexually offended on the agent.

      Pros

      You'll definitely bond with your fellow specialists because of the terrible work environment similar to soldiers going to war together. You'll form a brotherhood/sisterhood.

      Cons

      Terrible mid to upper management with a couple exceptions. While there are a couple of people who are actually okay or even great most of the junior to senior managers have terrible people skills and bad leadership skills. Some even act like frat boys inside the office with zero sense of professionalism and see themselves like they're above everyone else which I believe is the main cause for the high turnover rate of the company. Plus, if you're a non-smoker you better get used to second hand smoke because they won't care about you even if you're visibly covering your mouth & nose.

      You will learn a lot because they are very eager to mold a Team Leader.

      Cons

      Low salary, doesn't respect your time, free OT, cannot enjoy your day off because you are always on call etc. You name it.
