      Pros

      Good pay for the field. Very rewarding work.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn’t care about you. Don’t think about using your sick time with a doctors note because they will write you up. I got written up for taking a sick day for a miscarriage. Coworkers gossip and will stab you in the back. Some house managers bully and body shame the clients. Run.

      Relationships you build with people you support If your here long enough you can be promoted (you don’t need leadership skills…just longevity)

      Cons

      Horrible leadership from the top down. This place needs so much work but nobody wants to hear that. Not transparent at all. Doesn’t ask for input from employees which devalues them.
