Pros
In my 3-year period, nothing can be said except that it is an honor to be a part of this noble global company. You see, I am a PWD who is in a kind of denial state because of how my family indoctrinated me. Since I was little I was pushed to act normally notwithstanding my incapacity to do the physical stunts that any normal person could do because my parents cannot accept the by-product of their neglect. To make the story short, I never had my sense of identity until I have come across Genashtim while surfing the net. It was like the hands of God guiding me to find their website. I was able to find myself in Genashtim. They hire PWDs not because of compassion and mercy but because they believe in the potentials that a person could do. Up to this day, I still live a double identity, one which has to act normally in front of the crowd and one which is my real self. I can be the latter when I am working 5 days a week in Genashtim. By the way, my disability is not conspicuous if I am not to lift my arms. I can write, type, eat, drink, do everything that any two handed-person could do except the fact that my two upper limbs do not have the ability to reach any level beyond my head, yet if I weren't told to move it around or lift it, one can never detect except of course if you are keen enough in observing that my movement is a bit odd compared to the normal thing because my arms are way too attached (literally) to my body. Genashtim brought out the best in me. It made me discover my potentials in fields where I thought I wasn't capable of doing. The company culture is highly professional yet it still has a heart. Anyone who is willing to upgrade one's learning is even encouraged but we have to make sure that our main functions are not left behind while we are honing our soon-would-be skills.
