You can spend 8 weeks in the field and after getting home and being there for just 3 days office can call you asking to return back to work. - Old equipment and no enough people to do proper maintenance. Almost every system has some problems and you will have to fix these problems in the field without proper manuals and with almost no support. - Micromanagement everywhere - Poorly planned projects and bad logistics. This will mean that you will have to drive with fuel and to fuel the helicopter and work very long hours every day - Zero corporate culture - No any safety trainings or any trainings at all - Only in this company you can be offered "a promotion" with the decrease in your salary If you want to stay alive and well stay away from this company
