Pros
1. good starting salary compared to most companies, 2. Ipd and opd both provided, 3. gym allowns 4. Easy to make friends, people are friendly. 5. less mircro-management 5. lunch is good & its from company
Cons
1. fast paced envirement 2. work sometimes increases a lot 3. salary increment sometimes not good. 4. higher management sometimes suddenly make decision & just inform & employee has no options.
