Get equity in the company. Travel was nice and fully paid for.

Cons

Bad leadership. Hired too many people at once. Toxic work environment, very cliquey. Horrible people management. No communication.

- Culture: Stale and in need of major improvements. - Management: Project management team tends to micromanage. - Stability: Insecure business outlook with huge layoffs in July 2024. - Compensation: Minimal bonuses despite funding a new COO hire. - Diversity: Severe lack of representation; could count the total number people of color in the entire company on one hand. I was the only POC in my office. - Mentorship: Limited guidance from senior roles. - Projects: Low variety for the creative team, leading to repetitive work.
