During my time at Good360, I have nothing but great things to say about my colleagues. They hire good people, but have trouble keeping them.

Cons

Staff is grossly underpaid, unless you are in senior leadership (and they are overpaid for what they do).

The people and mission are amazing. The benefits are wonderful and the flexibility with home/work life is commendable.

Cons

Individuals who were more than qualified and absolutely outstanding at their position were overlooked to bring in outside management. Not enough team members to stop things from falling through the cracks.
