      Good Salary Good Facilities Fresh O2.....plenty of it

      Cons

      *There no system of any leave in reality...you will just slog and slog....16 Hours a day.. *No weekly holiday, no festival holiday...nothing....go chase the cows * Need permission from the manager to step out of the garden *Till the time the manager is in the office, working hours is on....it may go beyond 10 PM * If some lower level employee make some mistakes, the assistant will be screwed...medieval hierarchy and serf system *You are paid...so you are bonded labour...

      Good salary, facilities, family welfare, health insurance but no personal life, long hours and excessive work pressure.

      Cares for employees Good salary, best in industry. Reimbursements and compensations are good and on time 35 days annual leave Club membership with sport facilities paid by company Bungalow accommodation with 5 bungalow servants. Free 24*7 electricity, cooking gas, water supply provided. Equal salary structure and appraisal for all employees

      Cons

      Working hours between 12 to 16 per day No Sunday off Too much work pressure Less Free hand Excessive and redundant paperwork Getting yearly, weekly, monthly leave is almost impossible. Loss making and ailing industry so don't expect better appraisal in future
