I have been working at GradImages part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Excellent for students, those who need part time, or those who are needing a company who will not turn you away because of an employment gap.

    Cons

It is a lot to learn, and can be stressful at first, but worth sticking it out.

I worked at GradImages part-time for less than a year

    Pros

-Able to pick which events you would be able to work at -Each event is usually around 4 hours -Taking pictures after the events are an extra way to earn money on top of what you're getting paid -Great people

    Cons

-Capped pay per event, no matter how long an event may last you'll always get paid the same per each one -No compensation for mileage even though photographers get paid per mile

I worked at GradImages part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible schedule and you can make your own hours around classes. Part time.

    Cons

Understaffed for the massive amounts of calls coming through and will only allow you to work 39 hours per work to avoid paying employees full-time benefits. Employees are barely given enough time for a bathroom break during busy graduation season.

I worked at GradImages full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Fellow employees are great and wonderful to work with. Generous desk space and nice computers.

    Cons

At will employment – in a nutshell you can be fired for just about any reason, including someone not liking you. Turnover rate is high and people are fired more frequently than not, very unstable. EXTREME micromanaging style from multiple managers. Managers do not have the skills or qualifications required to do their job. You are expected to do your managers work along with your own. Management is very gossipy and prone to spreading rumors. Work environment is generally negative and stressful as a result of poor management; you can usually find someone crying if you walk around. Communication is non-existent, you are expected to learn information through the grape-vine; which results in rumors and incorrect information. Workload is excessively heavy making it near impossible to do your job successfully. You will work more overtime than the vacation time you are allotted during high volume times. Company likes to cut corners on employee pay, staffing, and equipment.
