Pros
Very nice colleagues and managers. The atmosphere in the office is informal and pleasant. As a student I was able to work very self-sufficient and to take on responsibility. My critique and suggestions were taken seriously by the managers. The different types of tasks I was responsible for made the work there quite diverse. The work hours were very flexible, as were the time-off policies and breaks. The managers paid attention to the student schedules.
Cons
The pay was too low. As a working student the pay was 9 euros per hour. Despite the duration of work, no raise was suggested.
