Pros

Loved the transparency at this company. There is no hierarchy, no politics and no disrespect for employees even if you screw it up. Every senior member is patient and open to listening to feedback. They have always lent a ear feedback and the colleagues are the best. The management is empathetic and available when you need them. I have had a good time working with them.

Cons

Post corona the fun culture and celebrations have been missing which might be necessary for employee moral.

Gray Routes is a growing company with a strong future ahead. The company supports work/life balance, embraces diversity and offers various opportunities For you to shine inside and outside of your official role.

Cons

Learning how to manage some of the functionalities has been a challenge. However, our support team has been wonderful. I just need to send an email asking how to do something and I get a response back within a short amount of time.

Mental health is very important and they do not want anyone to be overwork or bumned out. They value opinions of their employee and try to do what is best Everyone works as a team to get the iob done. Flexible work options, good pay and benefits

Cons

Because of its large structure sometimes difficult to find a good project, will need to put in extra efforts and time for the same. Needs to have more projects Such, only thing is slow growth opportunity
