Pros

Nice fellow employees, convenient location, good enough job until you find something else, dealership mechanic jobs are easy to get if your desperate and this dealer is no exception.

Cons

Has a bit beyond the average negative issues many dealers have. Building falling apart and literally smells, sewage always backing up, employees actually living at the dealership, the service manager will engage in unprofessional name calling and will without hesitation take work from you to give to his favorites while acting like he has no idea why you have no work. It's astonishing what some workers are allowed to get away with. Im holding back a lot. Its a circus. Manager called me in for another one of his tirades, but at that point I had been sending my applications out elsewhere so I just threw in the towel. Just because people are employed under you doesn't mean you can insult them. Much better work available elsewhere which I did find.
