Pros

The most interesting feature was to work 100% remote

Cons

Frequent organizational changes led to information gaps and lack of continuity. Following multiple rounds of layoffs, workloads increased significantly, requiring teams to absorb additional responsibilities. At times, there was limited visibility and support from management during these transitions.

Toxic workplace for women

Pros

Urban Sports subscription. Some talented and friendly colleagues and interesting operational challenges.

Cons

My experience at Grover left me deeply disappointed with how the company handles workplace conduct and employee safety, particularly for women. On the surface, the company promotes values around respect, inclusion, and psychological safety. In practice, those policies are performative. When I reported bullying and inappropriate behavior from a male colleague, the response from HR was inadequate and the issues were left unresolved. When I escalated the matter to senior management, I didn’t even receive a reply to my email. That silence from leadership says a lot about how seriously employee concerns are taken. As an ambitious woman who speaks up and challenges decisions, I found myself exposed to hostile behavior without meaningful protection or support. Instead of addressing the problem, it was effectively ignored. The situation became so toxic that I decided to leave. No amount of nice colleagues or interesting operational challenges can make up for dealing with day-to-day bullying and harassment. Cons: Weak accountability for workplace conduct, ineffective HR response to serious concerns, and a lack of women in meaningful leadership roles.
