      Great environment, poor pay vs workload

      Pros

      Employees are very nice. Everyone is so friendly.

      Cons

      Hard to connect to coworkers because the turn over rate is so high. Even if you speak multiple languages, you will be paid more to use only English and not use translation services someplace else. Due to high turnover, work of your colleagues will go to you giving you double the work. Really Triple the time because of the need of 3rd party translators if needed. Lots of pointless meetings which are required to attend. These meetings take time away from projects I am working on or the cases I need to complete because I was given a former employee's work to do along with my own.
