Pros

Decent insurance Fun co-workers Minimal dress code Clients can be so fun to work with Pay is good

Cons

You’re completely expendable Management and higher ups are awful Some newer HR people are great but beyond that, no one cares about the people who do the actual work They pay you well, so you can’t leave easily.
