Senior management just look out for themselves and constantly delay pay reviews. They say "give and take" but the expectation is that you will give and they will take. Great place to learn about tuning products.
Pretty fun you get to be in the motorsport industry, Its pretty relaxed at times and benefits are good.
Cons
Doesnt seem like everyone pulls their own weight. Couple people work remotely and there is zero accountability if they are working or anyone is working so its puts more workload/stress on the other sale/tech people. opinions or any suggestion dont get any reconition. I dont see any growth here. you are working here because you like the industry.
