      Pros

      Nice culture, good benefits, great reputation that makes it easier to bring in business. Hanover has 25+ years of placing candidates across the financial services spectrum, so lots of institutional history to lean on for my clients and good internal resources for me when I have questions.

      Cons

      We have a great Associate pool, but sometimes we are stretched and need more bandwidth. It's really hard to hire Associates in this environment.

      US Leadership team lead by example - actively hands on during the search process and the largest billers in the business A highly capable Associate team who drive research and both execute long/short list outcomes Many examples of repeat business after successfully completed searches The Hanover brand punches about it weight in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors Flexible working arrangements, great benefits Nimble and agile product/service offering to clients. Able to fully tailor to client's needs
