      Good technology management but lack operational support

      Pros

      The founder brings in a very good CTO with international startup experience. The team leads are nice. The work environment is good and the people are nice.

      Cons

      Operational team and marketing team are too local. The work hour is long. There are many new random projects from Sales team that end up not going anywhere.

      - flexible working hours - technical foundation is revamped, probably "not that messy" compared with many local firms - development teammates are responsible

      Cons

      - lack of technical advise from top management: top technical advisor (CTO) does not involve in system architecture or technical direction. - no professional stakeholders results in unachievable result and unreachable timeline. - project schedule changes frequently according only to decision makers' personal interests.
