Lack of proper training. We got trained by a new worker, but she did not train us properly, she was unprofessional, and immature. When informing management…they looked the other way. People give up everything for this job, and management doesn’t care. They are not open to ANY suggestions, and if you tell them you are unhappy with ANY part of the job…they will terminate you. We got terminated WHILE ON MANDATORY SHUTDOWN! No inclination at all we were about to lose our job. Never once met the CEO/Owner, which would’ve been nice for those who were giving up their entire lives for this job! Our entire performance review was amazing…then they terminated us. Lies, liars, and nasty management.

CEO, COO, Not open to change, unwilling to adapt to current workplace technology to help recruit younger and more knowledgeable team.
