      Great benefits, including 100% employer paid medical benefits, 401k 3% employer profit sharing and supplemental plans. Nice workplace environment with an open door policy.

      Cons

      A fast growing company and a fast pace environment which requires a strong need to be able to be a quick learner and adapt to change.
