Consistent work. you are always busy. and never have to worry about getting hours.

Cons

lack of structure. providers do as they please. not bothering to look at the big picture of the day or appointment. frequently going off track, leaving staff to pick up the slack to make it work. also very Clique if you're not in. you're out.
