Very strict and almost petty rules. Start time is 8am if you get there at 8:01 you’re written up. Nothing is every really done for employees, no lunches no nothing.

The fact that the company pays attention to the things that do not matter. Not a compassionate company. Everyone is doing everyone's job. No separation of duties. Work environment very uncomfortable and stressful when it shouldn't be. All political, you cannot say anything because then you become the enemy and work becomes harder.
