Cool company
May 10, 2023 - Retail Merchandizer/Salesperson/Restock PersonRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
You drive from store to store and stock shelves. You deal with alcahol and NA beverages. The bosses don't really bother you. You have to talk to the sales people for your account to weekly but they're all really chill. The hardest part of the job is dealing with the staff in the stores. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. Would recommend. With drive pay you make $20 an hour before taxes.
Cons
Ignorant staff at some accounts. You have to dri e your own vehicle, but they give you an extra $500 a month for gas and mileage.

This company is spiraling downhill
May 9, 2023 - Sales Associate in Cleveland, OHRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
This job USED to be really good, high morale, motivating, fun, good pay with somewhat decent hours other than working holidays, something you did not dread doing each day.
Cons
Pay has been cut significantly under new management. New structure gives employees almost zero motivation to put effort into selling product. Base pay is humiliating and on top of it, they’ve made Goal sheets next to impossible to hit any of the bonuses. We are all now expected to do so much more work for a fraction of what we used to get paid but upper management brushes everything under the rug. Seems like management has the mindset of being okay with the good and reliable long term employees they have, and who knew the times of actually getting paid for the work we did, getting screwed over in hopes that they will quit so they can hire “newbies” for an embarrassingly low salary. Employee moral is very low and many people are looking for new jobs or having to get second jobs to cover the cost of pay cuts. on top of that, little growth opportunity, work holidays required, some weekends, very little training, more like thrown to the wolves and figure it out, horrible IT, typical old white man mentality in management stuck in their ways and unable to adapt with the times

Underpaid and overworked

The job in and of itself is fun, it’s a ton of work and hours though.
Cons
Company changes pay structure on a whim. Heidleberg has managed to scam about $20,000 off of my top when the company sold to a new owner.
