- No leave time and crewing never help in case of personal requests - No career improvement if you are not friend with someone - toxic environment - bad communication between managers and employees - no problem solving mind - blame company - no unions - no stable contract (self employment with 30 days notice) not care about seniority list you can be fired without any reason - no insurances - bad destinations (90% war zones or unstable places with big personal risks) - low standards hotels - positioning 99% in economy class also if is long hours/ minimum rest and be ready to fly immediately - only few people can operate nice flights - you feel always as NO part of the company - ignorant and arrogant management - company not people oriented, but only about profits - your roster is always standby and can change 20 times a week - always push over the FTL limits and captain discretion is NOT an exception - really old fleet with a lot MEL - a lot crew members with low experience ready to resign as soon as possible - old pilots with no good CRM - uniform low quality only one and multi seasonal a lot people use other companies uniforms - no sick days, if you are in home with medical conditions you salary will be zero - no profit share for common people - low salary after tax
