      Pros

      Stable & secure company, well established with great benefits. The job shop provides four-ten hour shifts, having fridays off, for more personal time, from the workplace. This company also offers paid holidays and personal/sick days with health, dental, life and 401k. The salary seems slightly above the average machinist pay, depending on experience/ training. Friendly staff & work environment.

      Cons

      Depending on workflow, each employee is required to work overtime when necessary. The owner of the company over schedules the job shop with new orders instead of simply extended the delivery time to a later date. The owner will not refuse or delay a new order based on availability. Instead, as an employee, you are required to work overtime to complete the job so that the order will be delivered as stated in the company mission statement.
