Where do I begin? Talk about an all-star team that cares just as much about the growth of the company as they do in your own personal growth. From the first day you I step foot into the office, they'll set you aside and take the time to demonstrate how impactful your role is and how it fits into the goal and future of the company. They sincerely care about what your interests are and each one of them is a huge resource to learn anything from.

Cons

As cliche as it may sound, there's no downside to working for HigherMe.

Pros

Little to no structure or meetings. You can work from home. Great jump gap company to plan your next move.

Cons

HigherMe is an extremely poorly run organization with no culture. Leadership lacks experience and guidance. Employees in the Toronto "office," are very cliquey and constantly talk poorly about remote workers. Rob Hunter, the CEO, thinks he is a visionary, but he is a liar and a coward. There is a reason why two out of the three initial co-founders have left the company.
