      Pros

      Learned so much working with this veteran team. Got experience working with some amazing brands and even better personnel. Unfortunately life decisions pushed me to pursue a position less demanding. I wish this agency the best!

      Cons

      This is a very fast paced environment with little room for error. The clients I worked with daily expected a lot and failure to deliver was not an option. The deadlines are sometimes extremely tough to meet, but that is more so due to the client mentality than it is a fault with the agency.

      Pros

      I really enjoyed the people and community feel, even though everyone was working remotely. The work that we did with brands and influencers was amazing, and definitely something to be proud of.

      Cons

      Work/life balance was non-existent most of the time. Some days were great, but if ish hit the fan, you could be looking at LONG days, lots of emails/messages/calls, but it was all rewarding.
