      Pros

      It's a growing company, and the people are pretty smart. You get an amazing view of what's going on on the internet, which will allow you to spout out all kinds of interesting data tidbits at cocktail parties.

      Cons

      The pay was terrible and there was no way I could get what I was worth.

      - Good people. - Solid catered lunches. - Fun office events. - Very casual, laid-back environment. - Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      - Weak compensation for engineering relative to other LA opportunities - see salaries. - The company is very hierarchical and top-heavy. - Lack of transparency from upper management. - The company is sort of directionless - just floating to survive. - Outdated tech stack - small team maintaining and extending a legacy stack.

      Good people, benefits and flexibility were great

      Cons

      Poor management led to the demise of the company. Didn’t want to spend money to change partners and led to the whole company getting shut down.
