    + Benefits +IF you like office politics

    Cons

    - No room for growth, upper management throws people under the bus. They want to you to be holding 3-4 different positions to get a raise. You need to work 1.5 years for any pto. The computers they have there are awful, they are still using Pentium 4 processors. CEO has offensive language and doesn't keep his cool. I was in creative and they said it doesn't matter how creative I am in the creative department to get pay raise. I left and got another job in week after working for year and hearing that.

    Advice to Management

    Have meetings, get some integrity.

    Is none pros i can think about this job really. Just run away. You can do so much better in other job

    Cons

    The CEO has horrible people skills. Managers are terrifying by him. The pay is bad example in order to get good pay you have to do some overtime. The trainer she work as trainer, customer service, Hr department, in sales in order to get a good pay.

    Absolutely nothing! I can't name one thing positive about that place

    A manager called me and asked me to come for an interview. I am very skilled for a job way much harder than the one I interviewed for. I had an amazing interview with the manager. I was then called to meet the CEO and I was shocked. When I googled reviews about this company. I did believe any of these posts and thought that people always complain and this cannot be true. I have people manners and I am a very polite person. I have NEVER met someone as mentally disturbed as this CEO. He was so rude. He literally started talking to a manager about firing an employee while I was responding to his question in my interview. He tahinks he is smart and he knows everything. The managers sitting next to me were so scared of him! I have dealt with CEO of global companies that are 100 times bigger than his so called company! I have never felt disrespected the way I get in that interview! All I can say is believe these reviews and run the other way. Work anything else and do not work at that company. I seriously thought of contacting my lawyer after te way he spoke to me! An advice to this CEO: u need serious help and u need to learn manners. Impolite and disrespectful CEO. I am shocked!

    Pros

    Pay was good, benefits modest. For a "holiday" company they are very tight of time off. Co-workers made working there nice.

    Cons

    They have people in management who lack fundamental people skills and are purely project oriented. I would have given them 3-stars overall, but the deceptive way in which they laid me off was deplorable.

    Advice to Management

    Get supervisors & managers with PEOPLE skills.

    New Mom can bring her baby to work while working in a private office

    Cons

    The company is smoke free. I never been asked in a interview if I smoked.

    Stop wasting people time.

    It is an interesting industry to work with. Co-Workers were great! There is room to grow with the company.

    Cons

    Management style is very strict and not productive. Could use more incentives for good work

    Change of management style to work more on building people and to make them want to work for the company instead of punishing them.

    Salary was decent. There are a few employees that are a joy to work with

    Cons

    Very hostile working environment. The toxicity starts at the very top and poisons the company.

    Steady work if you buckle down and do your job. They have plenty to do.

    Cons

    Absolutely no movement. It is not a fluid environment for creative or career oriented people.

    High Expectation which promotes personal growth

    Cons

    High Expectation which promotes personal growth at the expense of your sanity and livelihood. The individuals who are acting as managers have zero clue what a leader is. They are modeling the behavior and characteristics of a tyrannical and insane CEO with abusive behavior, openly discussing confidential employee matters and blatant lying to everyone including themselves. I have never in my life had the misfortune of working in such a hopeless work environment. Candidates beware!

    Advice to Management

    Shape up or Ship Out. The employees that are slaves/victims to your manipulative and heinous tactics deserve better.
