While not a first mover in the logistics BPO space of South America, the multi faceted strategic direction and solutions portfolio of the company positions it to compete. Culturally, the team is collaborative, humble and hungry.

Cons

As with any newer organization, new roles, processes and needs are developed along the way, so it may be challenging to those who like a structured environment.
