    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Very family friendly and relaxed collegial work environment.
    People are great.
When times are good, the leadership does a great job of sharing the vision and creating incentives.

    Cons

The level of expertise makes it a challenge to learn from supervisors.
Management has struck a path and is sticking to it blindly in the face of feedback from the clients, from employees and from industry partners.

    Advice to Management

The stress of the declining economy closed effective communication.
The proposal process costs clients and there is insufficient evaluation of the COGS.
