      Pros

dependable, consistent work, good management, OT offered sometimes, super minimal contact with bosses or team members, smooth system for clocking in and out, requesting time off, etc. I love it

      Cons

sometimes it's hard to know who to ask a question to if one arises, and I don't like having to hardwire my computer to the internet via the ethernet cable

Better than some BPOs but still very messy. Avoid Suzi.

      Pros

-Pay during time clocked in, not just time on the phone -Most members of management are helpful -If you participate, you will be noticed and get opportunities. -They will work with you if you have an emergency and let them know. -OK pay after 2 weeks.

      Cons

-Management is not always on the same page and will tell you things need to be done differently than other members of management. -Not always great with communication. -Uses a really crappy VOIP solution -Suzi

      Worst call center company

Apr 5, 2021 - Customer Service Representative in El Paso, TX

      Pros

      • OT is available everyday

      Cons

      • You have to use your 15 min breaks to use the restroom and lunch. If you go over the 15 mins by one minute, you’ll be switched to available. • Information/Resources often change every week. This leads to SME giving out the wrong information or not allowing a transfer. • When a customer asks for a supervisor, it has to be approved by serval people before a lead takes over the call. At times, some leads don’t want to take the call because there is “no need to”. However, the call will never end without the caller hearing the voice of a lead/sup. FYI it takes 20-40 just for a lead to reach out to the caller. Also, you can easily get in trouble “go in to coaching” just for insisting in getting a lead. • Some QA are the nicest people who actually do help you some aren’t. • Request to transfer to departments can’t take like 3-6 mins at times. • You’ll be quickly flipped to available when disposing a call, which makes the system go into missed call. Yes, you’ll get in trouble if you @ at the person who changed your status. • Only times they care about the agents is when they need people to stay to clear the que. • Any downtime for system issues, you’ll have to email to get that time deducted (even 5 mins) • Your mental health will deteriorate (back to back calls) • Communication with the client is horrible. Thus, you’ll receive calls from angry people been told different things. • Supervisors will randomly message you during off days expecting you to reply. • When you ask a specific question to a sme, they’ll send the link you’re on without answering the question you SPECIFICALLY asked.

      Cons

Initial training was too short. 8 hour shift with two 15min breaks is rough.

      Horrendous experience

Feb 28, 2021 - Customer Call Center Representative in Houston, TX

      Pros

Remote, Weekly Pay, Literally Nothing Else, Just writing words to complete the 5 word minimum

      Cons

Terrible pay, No bathroom breaks, no compensation for equipment used from home, no consistency in training and info from SME(subject matter experts)'s or QA's, penalized for using common sense, fired as I was working to clear your call queue, high turnover, lack of responses to a PLETHORA of emails sent out with questions regarding policies and QA appeals, QA's standards keep getting changed, Penalized for wrong info given TO me and not finding out until a QA is failed, No paid TO, No Vacation, No Holidays, Penalized for calling out sick (not even paid), Hired to do one thing, ended up doing something entirely different.
